Mr. ALPHA JACKSON MCHAKI is the founder and Managing Partner of Pace Law Chambers. He graduated from Tumaini Iringa University College in 2013. He has practiced under Advocate Michael J.T Ngalo at Ngalo & Company Advocates in the year 2015 and further practiced at the Resident Magistrate Court of Kisutu. He was admitted and enrolled as an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania in the year 2017.

Mr. Alpha Mchaki is also a general practitioner who has majored on both Civil and Criminal matters. He has extensive experience in labour, matrimonial, contracts, land, banking and finance, probate and administration of Estates, Conveyance and real estate laws and criminal laws. Aside from that, he also has
experience in banking and finance including housing and corporate Laws and mortgage laws. He is experienced in all aspects of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting of commercial agreements, advice corporate management, boards of directors and shareholders on such matters as
fiduciary duties, corporate laws, governance requirements and board's responsibilities. Mr. Alpha Mchaki has attended various training program and seminars, and is an active member of Tanganyika Law Society. He brings to PACE Law Chambers more than 4 years’ experience in general Litigation and civil and Criminal laws
